Our heating pads are highly flexible in nature and can be used to raise and maintain the temperature of contents in tanks, reactors, uneven shaped vessels, dish ends, conical bottoms of vessels where the heat is required. Heating pads are made as per the size and shape of the equipment to be heated. The raw material used in these heating pads are bimetallic wire and fiberglass cloth. These pads are available in various temperature range, maximum being 700° C.
Our heating pads deliver uniform heating to the entire surface of equipment and these are best alternative to steam heating and thermic fluid oil heating system. These heating pads are available in water proof and non waterproof design.
Heating pads are manufactured in 1Ph+N, 3Ph and 3Ph+N configuration, suitable for 240V AC or 415V AC system.
Every heating pad is manufactured tailor made. It can accommodate 8KW of heaters per square meter of area.
